Noise Reduction Hardship Grant

Please use this form to apply to the Auckland Airport Community Trust ("Trust") for financial assistance if you are unable to meet the property owner (referred to in this form as "homeowner") contribution required as a condition to accepting the offer from Auckland International Airport Ltd for a Noise Reduction Package for your home.

Before proceeding, please confirm that one of the following statements is correct:

• You have received an offer from Auckland International Airport Ltd to install Noise Mitigation Package for your property AND you or your tenant (if the property the offer has been made to is tenanted) have a Community Services Card or High User Health Card?

OR

• You do not hold a Community Services Card or High User Health Card and are unable to meet the entire homeowner contribution and have a supporting letter from either - Work and Income, a social service provider, financial advisor, or financial mentoring service. Or you can provide evidence that your household budget has been negatively impacted in the last 12 months due to the cost-of-living pressures. Or you can provide evidence of a significant reduction in your household income in the last 12 months.
